Project Overview:Located along Route 29 within Charlottesville Virginia my OVERPASS project demonstrates an affordable multi-style residential community. The idea: was to connect an isolated shopping district to the surrounding residential areas while also preserving and utilizing the natural environment. The residential complexes bridge over existing commercial buildings allowing for an interconnected flow of commercial and residential communities.
